I ordered a dozen beach theme cupcakes for this Labor Day weekend for my sister’s Birthday and Jolene did a wonderful job. My sister’s loved not only how great the decorations were but how delicious they were! I will definitely order again from Jolene, quality with a good price and she also delivered them!!

My husband found Jolene’s cake online and she was sooo helpful since he wanted to surprise me with an Italy theme cake. Jolene went above the call of duty. She made the most delish limoncello filling cake with edible postcards of different places to visit in Italy lined up in the sides of the cake plus a picture of the map of Italy on the top with a HB sign with my name. Totally beautiful and delicious.
She stayed in touch with my husband showing pictures and ideas and after delivering she made sure to text me to make sure I was happy with my 69th birthday cake. I felt like a little kid eating the cake with my husband within 4 days.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I love in MS and my son is off chasing his dream in FL, his 21st Birthday was coming up and all he wanted was a birthday cake. This momma called several places in his area to no avail……until I called Ladybug Cake Creations!! This lady was already swamped with orders and by herself but she devoted herself and her talent to this worried mom. She made a beautiful cake, bought a birthday card, hand delivered it to my son, took a picture to send to me and gave him her contact info just in case he ever needed anything. That is beyond excellent service!! She saved the day and my son said the cake was delicious!! If your ever in the area or need a cake, please don’t go anywhere else! This business will make you feel like you are part of their family!

Well let’s start off with I went to about 10 bakeries before I found Ladybug cakes. Every single bakery was extremely expensive and really did not dedicate quality visit with me. It’s like they heard the word Quinceañera and the price went higher!!! When I spoke the Jolene that was not the case at all. We made an appointment to meet and during the appointment she had test cupcakes of the flavors I mention on the phone and they were AMAZING!! Chocolate chip cookie dough and Death by Chocolate oh my goodness!!! She was so easy to work with and fun, I ended up getting 2 cakes the Quince cake which turned out FABULOUS and Captain Hook and Peter Pan cake for my son. When I saw the cakes it made me cry. They were beautiful. She is my cake lady for life 🙂 I just ordered my 3rd cake Spongebob square cake for my nephew. Never going anywhere else. You can’t beat her prices, design or flavors anywhere else!

I had a fantastic experience with Ladybug Cakes. Having been let down by another local cake company at the 11th hour Jolene came to the rescue despite being incredibly busy herself. Result was a beautiful 60th birthday cake for my wife. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

Amazing Work, absolutely amazing!!! The taste and quality are beyond measure. Jolene created what I wanted with little to no guidance. Her workmanship, imagination and artistry is a gift to all that meet her. It is unbelievable. Compliments with my son’s space cake were always who did that cake. The cake tastes as good as it looked. It was for my Little sister who turned 2 years old today. She and my family loved it and we could not help but talk about how moist it was. You know how you have cakes with frosting, that has that NASTY after taste? Well this cake did NOT have that problem. She was very accommodating and provided great service. I do not often take the time to leave reviews. However i had to make an exception. I highly recommend Ladybug Cake Creations.

CANNOT recommend enough! Jolene is in the West Palm area and makes such beautiful, wonderful treats! You’d think the best part is eating the cake, but it’s actually the customer service. I live in CT and found Jolene online. In just a day, I had a GORGEOUS cake hand delivered to my mom in Palm Beach Gardens. I ordered cupcakes for my and my partner’s birthdays. Jolene was extremely pleasant and wonderful! She delivered the cupcakes herself and was upset as the frosting melted on the way here and offered an additional dozen which she delivered as well. They’re delicious and beautiful!!! The coconut with guava cream cheese icing are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! Sent my daughter a picture and when she comes home I’m definitely ordering more!!! Thank you so much, Jolene!!! Major shout-out to Ladybug for going so far above and beyond what could have been expected only days before Mother’s day during a national pandemic! I contacted Ladybug late at night via Facebook and not only did she immediately respond, but she was able to provide easy app payment info and schedule delivery, all within a matter of minutes, all while other companies were charging an arm and a leg for no guarantee of delivery by Mother’s day. A dozen beautiful cupcakes were delivered, with exquisite card, as promised to my mom’s door, full of pineapple cheesecake and strawberry lemonade cupcakes. Mom’s words:
“These cupcakes are so fresh, they’re not at all dry! (nom nom) Such beautiful presentation and appetizing to the eye. The variety of flavors are not over-powering, but they achieve a delectable balance. (nom nom) On top of that (literally), the frosting is not icky sweet like many can be, but it’s just the right amount of sweet to add to this delicious balance of happy flavors!” Thank you again Ladybug for making this distant Mother’s day celebration feel close to home and the heart!
